Cupping is what we do as part of selecting and purchasing great coffee. It's an excellent way to determine the quality of the green coffee and the roast.
Hang out with the Spur team and taste some exceptional coffee. Discover the nuances of coffee from different parts of the world. During the workshop we will walk you through the process that we use here at Spur. You will learn techniques to cup, taste and record what you're tasting.
Classes start at 10am at our Roastery in Denver - are about an hour and half in length and you will leave with a box of Spur Coffee to enjoy at home.
NOTE: All sales for cupping workshops are final, no refunds.
